 | WORKING PRACTICES All our Operatives have been fully trained in-house, therefore we have no need to subcontract our work to third parties. Even when employing Operatives who may have had experience in similar cleaning work, we still give full training, ensuring they do things the HCCS way. In this respect, we are confident that all our Operatives adhere to our working practices, and provide our Clients with a quality of clean to the highest Industrial Standard. IBM approval, not easily gained, has been obtained by the application of our materials in conjunction with our working practices. Knowledge in our field is essential, not every Cleaning Company may clean the delicate areas in which we work, without prior training and, above all, experience. All products used by us are of the highest quality, and are the best suited to the job at hand. Materials used are water free and antistatic, this is an essential requirement to achieve a truly dust free clean. Only trained Operatives use our electrical cleaning machines and only dirty power is used never clean power (dirty power being points specific for non IT equipment). All our Staff are screened by us, and are easily identified by their uniforms. Each Site will be assigned a Manager, who will organise the work and ensure that standards are maintained. In addition, the Director Mr D Tipping, personally visits each Site on a regular basis, ensuring that our Clients are always satisfied with results. He is always available to offer any advice, based on his vast knowledge and experience in the field.
