Flooring – cut back, dry shined and triple filter vacuumed using specialist floor machine
Flooring void – lift floor, triple filter vacuum all cabling and trunking, backs of floor tiles wiped dust free using antistatic foam and lint free cloths, floor replaced cut back and dry shined using a triple filter vacuum floor machine.
For health and safety reasons please note that prior to lifting any floor tiles the area to be cleaned will be cordoned off.
Ceiling void – ceiling tiles removed, triple filter vacuumed, backs of tiles wiped dust free using antistatic foam and lint free cloths, tiles replaced. All light ducting to be wiped dust free using antistatic foam and lint free cloths.
Cabinets – i.e. Reuters, IBM etc. tops and exterior to be wiped down dust free using antistatic foam and lint free cloths. Interior shelving to be wiped down dust free using antistatic foam and lint free cloths. Glass surfaces, internal and external, to be cleaned dust free using antistatic glass cleaner and lint free cloths.
Air conditioning ducts – wiped down dust free using antistatic foam and lint free cloths.
Internal windows – all internal glazing to be cleaned dust free using antistatic glass cleaner and lint free cloths.
Comms rooms peripherals – i.e. computers, telephones, printers etc. all peripherals to be cleaned dust free using antistatic foam and lint free cloths.
A Daily Office Clean, carried out by our Daily Office Clean Team, can also be provided.
Please note, all daily office cleaning staff are not used for our specialist cleaning services.
